agree, he hasnt dont **** in boxing for years other than getting on boxers wagon once those boxers are on top already and then he gets all the credit.. watch cotto fight the same way he always does maybe pull out a win and steward getting all the credit.. steward is living of his reputation he builded with hearns and the kronk gym he hasnt taken any boxer to the top after that

Yeah. Seeing him congratulate a possibly poach-able boxer after being on the losing end of a fight made me think of Steward as a type of poor pimp of boxing, looking to pick up naive young bitches or beat up stragglers. That's what I saw when he approached Pavlik after Taylor-Pavlik I. Jack Loew was right there, looking Steward dead in the face.

AS ugly as it is, I have to agree with this.

 

i also agree with this. but to be honest, i still think he is way better than santiago. he needed a real trainer and steward seems to be on the right track according to this video. so we'll see come june!
