Who will be No1 out of these 4.

I think Haye can beat Klitschko

    Froch loses close to Ward

    Khan loses Bradley

    Cleverly loses to Hopkins

    Klitschko beats Haye
    Froch Beats Ward
    Khan beats Bradley
Cleverly in one year beats Hopkins - not now

Interesting, Cleverly will never beat Hopkins, it would be Pavlik all over again. Although Cleverly is faster than Pavlik.

I honestly think Cleverly pushes Hopkins close right now!

He has range, punches in volume and can dig. He would make life a lot more difficult for Hopkins than Pascal did.

For the record at this point I also feel Haye will beat Wlad, Khan will beat Bradley, but Ward will outpoint Froch (perhaps controversially).

Cleverley will lose heavily to BHop. Clev is still a novice and putting him in with a fighter of 20 years experience that is as good as most in their prime would be suicide.

Haye might beat Wlad but that would still leave Vitali, and his resume is mightily thin anyway.

Khan is still unproven. Only beat MAB because Barrera couldn't see and survived Maidana with the help of the ref. Very skilled but also very flawed.

Froch, well, not much more you can say about this guy. He's proven that he is an elite fighter. His loss to Kessler was mightily close and even if he does lose to Ward, his resume is by far the best in recent British boxing history at any weight. Froch is the No 1 British fighter by a country mile right now, it's just a pity that the British public don't appreciate it.

Cleverly fights at a pace that could trouble Hopkins, I think Hopkins would win at this stage but given time and a few defenses, I would wager that Cleverly will beat Hopkins if they fight.

Haye takes a pounding on these forums, but some of it is undeserved. For someone to have only fought 25 times or so, and already have beaten Mormeck, Maccarinelli, Valuev, Ruiz and Fragomeni, as well as being about to fight W.Klitschko, is actually pretty good.

Khan is not unproven. He won every round against Kotelnik. Stopped Malignaggi and survived a war to beat Maidana. He is, for all intents and purposes, proven.

Agree with most of what you say about Froch. Though as much as I love Froch, I tend to think some on here over-rate him nowadays, like they have had too much of an extreme swing from not rating him at all originally. His wins over Pascal, Taylor and Abraham were impressive, but the Dirrell win was extremely tight, he lost to Kessler for one reason or another and he is yet to fight Ward/Bute, who are the other stars in his particular division. Until he does and wins, I can't put him ahead of Haye as far as British pound for pound ratings go.

Froch is starting to recognition now, better late than never, I think after the super six he will start getting the big paydays he deserves.

Haye resume is thin but will have fought the best at 200lbs and Heavyweight, at least he hasnt stacked his resume with bums.

Yeah Froch recently signed with Sky, so his fight with Johnson and then with Ward will be more accessible to the British public. Great news for a true warrior!

Exactly, he hasnt piled 10-15 bums on that record of 25 wins.
