    On a side NOTE.....

    Very good video Rummy.....

I do however judge Bowes body language when Lewis confronted him after the Holyfield fight, and IMO....it was clear as day.

Same goes for Stevenson irt Kovalev.

The choking up, the looking away, the stuttering, the talking off topic.....

    FEAR....

At least Canelo made the appearance he wasn't the el Pollo he actually is.

Thanks, but I'm not sure I agree on the body language. I think they both looked a bit intimidated, but I don't necessarily think they were afraid of each other. But beyond having their little confrontation, they both were also keenly aware that they were under the spotlight. So I think there was an element of pressure on both in terms of "showmanship" more than anything.

I also think it's only fair to emphasize the point that Bowe had, quite literally, just been in a war of a fight that culminated in his becoming the undisputed champion of the world.

So I personally never read much into beyond the fact it got me fired-up to see them fight. It got me fired-up back then, and watching it now it still gets me fired-up and wishing it could have happened.

I think that Bowe wanted to hit Lennox because that would be the only time that he would hit him lol. To me Bowe didn't have class. I never liked him. He was always overrated after beating Holy. After hitting a couple of guys outside of the ring, I never liked him.

That's why I stopped liking Barrera too. When he hit Eric Morales with his hands down, I stopped liking him and wanted him to get his ass whooped. Same with Chisora who got glussed lol. I hate that ****.

But Bowe was already contracted to fight Lewis as per the agreement. Those were Newman's actual words he knew Bowe couldn't beat Lewis

Yep he sure did, other than the little fact you're leaving out that Golota was injected with a very strong PAIN KILLER BEFORE HE CAME OUT TO THE RING and had a seizure afterwards and basically died for a few seconds, yeah a great win for Lewis over a drugged up shell of Golota that night.

Had Bowe not renaged on Lewis & the fight went ahead as planned it would have been a barn burner. That was the only time Bowe had a chance. Bowe was his own worst enemy. If he wouldn't do it for Papa Smurf he wouldn't do it for anyone :patsch

LOL always an excuse. Was the pain killer legal?? What was hurting Golota that he needed it?
Lennox beat every man he ever faced in the pro ring Best since Ali:happy:happy
