Man, I wish there was a publication that had consistent rankings dating back that far. But then again, at the same time, I'm just grateful we at least have something like Ring's archive, as that still predates the age of television.

On a similar note, I remember previously doing an episode where I discussed former heavyweight champions who attempted to regain the title past the age of 35, and was surprised to learn how old Fitz was in some of his attempts to beat Paterson to the punch, with becoming the first 2x heavyweight champ.
