At some point a few months back, I was considering the same sort of thing, although instead of fractions I was thinking coefficients, where the days of 1 belt would count 4x, the days of 2 belts would count 2x, and the days of 3 would be 1.3333x. I ultimately abandoned that idea, when I realized the complexity of following the path of every major belt in history. Finding the data can be tricky. Even just tracking title defenses without distinguishing between belts can get more confusing than I'd originally realized.
Yeah. I suspect Wlad will follow the type of path of Lewis and Holmes before him, where both guys didn't get (in my opinion) the respect they deserved until after their careers were over.
