I'd like to know how people think this fight will pan out. I don't just mean predictions. I mean HOW will haye try to beat this guy or how will Valuev be too much for Haye?

Haye will make a t-shirt that demoralizes Valuev before he steps in the ring. Then Haye will use fast punches combined with jumping in and out.
Valuev will try to use his slow jab and holding. If Valuev establishes some good clinches he could win. by leaning and making the smaller man tired.

as a side note.... I bench more than Valuev!
Okay I don't but did you see that tiny barbell he was using!

  3. Only thing is, if you watch Haye, he doesn't really seem to move in and out very well. He's often a very stationary, very easy to hit target even in the Barrett fight. He's going to need to be a vastly improved fighter if he's going to employ the tactics you/he say he will.

He sort of jumps out okay. But yeah, he's not a guy with constant motion on his feet. Besides, he doesn't have to do it well, only well enough to be faster than Valuev.

  5. that's true

I do worry about his tendency to lean back on the ropes with only his right hand high though

Haye will try and get on the inside of Valuev for the majority of the fight using his superior speed and skill. He'll also throw combinations in bunches before getting out of range. That help?

Valuev wins with a huge haymaker on Haye's chin in the 4th round, as Haye tires trying to knock the giant out but getting octupussed in Valuev's arms coming in all the time.

Profile isn't needed, the guy is a joke who has been getting away with robberies and gift decisions for a long time. Whether he fights Haye or Ruiz or anyone next, if it's in the location his management choose then the scorecard is already written. All this fraud has to do is show up and throw jabs without the need to land. This guy remaining a champion is what makes the division a joke.

Thats entirely true. He is easily the least talented fighter in boxing, he's just huge. I'll bet you could throw Shaq in the ring with him right now and Shaq could outbox him.

I didn't know he started so late, first stepped into a ring when he was 20. This time I'm rooting for Valuev.

David's only hope is to get some vodoo priest to shrink this hairy freak of nature.

(I still want to see Haye to get KTFO tho!)

P.S. Valuev aint "Ultimately aiming top unify the four HW titles over the next two years" - as the video states; we all know he's ducking the Klits. It's unlikely he'll even beat Haye....unfortunately.......
