I hope Wladimir will take Haye to court because he pulls out without real medical reason.

Because the event went ahead with Chagaev in place. I'd suspect Klitschko suffered little or no financial loss over Haye pulling out and Chagaev stepping in. If the event had been cancelled or postponed, Klitschko would've pursued matters legally I think and Haye would have to show cause (proof of injury).

 

Maybe lawyers needs time to proof before going to court?

 

This contract MUST be far worse for Haye than having the honor to fight mighty Vauev, then mights Ruiz, then mighty Valuev again and then some high class contender. :good

Whats to prove? You either have medical evidence or you dont? Haye hasnt been taken to court because he has medical evidence.

I agree with this guy , besides all the money and contact issues Haye has not proved himself as business man and that's what he is as well as good boxer his lack of respect for the klits is the reason they are gonna make things difficult for him and it's his own fault.
