Where did I say that Hobson "did this from the kindness of hos heart "? You soft ****. You and your agenda is really getting very boring now "Robert" As for Borg, I'll save your lazy arse from googling it http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Borg_(Star_Trek)
how did this fit into my agenda? you didn't say those exact words but your point in this thread was all about how Hobson put the fight in the stadium as it was McDonnells dream. I said he did it because he thought it would make more money. Star Trek....explains allot.
No, I didn't say those exact words, nowhere close to that as it happens, but misquoting someone doesn't bother you "Robert" does it? Do you think that Hobson made more money tonight than he would have done with his first choice of whacking it on the Khan-Lopez undercard? Star Trek was one of my favorites as a kid, and now my kids love it...the Borg are scary, all that collective, assimilation ****, weird
No you weren't, you were being lazy in your argument :thumbsup I haven't seen it yet, but the last prequel was pretty good once you get past the fact that Scotty is that bloke out of Shaun of the Dead
this was boring 10 minutes ago. thats the one i was talking about. all i know is that its got to be better than this great gatsby film im being dragged along to see tonight. part of my deal to be able to watch the fights today!
Never watch a film that has singing and dancing in it, thats a rule to live by, you'll always get a reputation :good
This is the way all internet arguments should go. "You're a ****ing ****, you know that? I hate reading your posts, you're an egotistical ****ing wanker. By the way, that new one with Brad Pitt is a pretty good film, you should check it out"
Its not a musical. I would have assumed a man of your intellect would know that:goodatsch:yep:yep:hey
All these arguments can be stopped by just going back and listening to Dennis's daughter taking centre stage in the ring last night! Was always a rather large element of self-indulgence from Hobson in choosing this venue and when she started belting out a number up in the ring it was never more so! Enjoyed it though and was a cracking fight. Didn't realise McDonell had that in him. Worked out well all round with that finishing just before the Burns fight which was another belter. Couldn't argue with those 2 world title fights from my armchair last night fairplay.
when I bought tickets I was told they were expecting 6-7000,in reality there was around 2,500-3000 so id imagine it didn't do too well on ppv either.shame really as it was a decent event(besides the singing!)
Yep,Hobsons daughter looked bonny enough to just walk around the ring without opening her mouth.First song was dismal, the 2nd not the most tuneful in the world. When sung in an American accent by a Sheffield lass its not too good.Bit like the first week of X Factor.
You're not really the stereotypical trekky fan, ice. Can just imagine your kids dragging you to a star trek convention and you getting annoyed at the sight of all the dorks in their costumes. "Who are these soft ****s? They all look like poofs. Kids get in the car we're going home"
