    Ukrainian heavyweight 6'5" Viktor Vykhryst is age 30 and 11-0, while Cuban heavyweight 6'5" Lenier Pero is age 30 and 8-0. Both have strong amateur backgrounds.

    This is a rare matchup between talented up-and-coming heavyweights.

    Lenier Pero represented Cuba in the 2016 Olympics. He had an extensive and highly successful amateur career that spanned over 100 fights, including multiple wins over countryman Frank Sanchez and a loss to Filip Hrgovic.

    Vykhryst had wins over Frazer Clarke and Vlad Sirenko in the amateurs, and two losses to Joe Joyce.

    Great to see these kind of matchups.

    Vykhryst's chin won't see him hit a high ceiling.

    Wow. This is a stellar fight. Both shared the same ring last January on the Ortiz-Martin undercard.

    Vykhryst (Faust) won a Foreman-Lyle-style shootout with Iago Kiladze. And Pero beat the undefeated Bruzon in another slugfest.

    Two really exciting fighters. Can't wait. And it's only three weeks from now.

    Good fight, hard to predict who could win, Viktor "Faust" Vykhryst is kind of too open and easy to hit, even Kiladze managed to knock him down...

    lmfao how many people mention Vykhrysts chin might be suspect....please watch some Lenier Pero footage and tell me his chin isn't.

    Faust will beat the crap out of that slow ass Cuban who has a gas tank for 3 rounds.

    Lenier Pero should unbelievably move into the WBA's Top 5 with that win. He was #6 entering tonight.

    Defending those WBA Regional belts help boxers leapfrog over others.

    A challenge against Daniel Dubois is fast approaching.
