I think that Joel Casamayor would catch up to fleet footed Vilomar Fernandez, and stops him in round 11. Fernandez scored a majority decision win over Alexis Arguello, in a non title 10 rounder, by using lateral movement, on July 26 1978, in Madison Square Garden. Fernandez was stopped by WBA Lightweight Champion Roberto Duran, on Jan 29 1977, in Miami Beach, Florida, in round 13, This was after causing frustration, early in the bout, but was worn down by severe body punching by Hands Of Stone. Joel would pretty much employ the same tactic that Duran used, in their fight.
