    mediocre brian viloria ud mexico's finest julio cesar in Hawaii for the wbo flyweight title. Reports are that it was an exciting war....props to viloria now a 3 time champion in 2 weight classes also the 2nd time winning the title as an underdog.

    this will be very interesting. Julio Cesar and Segura already had a verbal agreement to fight each other but now that Viloria ruined those plans does Segura have plans to fight Viloria? Segura's courage will now be tested within the next few weeks.
