On the card with Brian Viloria taking on Hernan Marquez will be Roman Gonzalez on Septmber 29th, as reported by the scene of boxing. I hope they give Gonzalez a good opponent and then you have one hell of a doubleheader.

    Which is a shame.

HBHOE would rather headline someone like Broner fighting Escobedo then showing an excellent fight like this which has FOTY written all over it.

Viliora vs Marquez is literally a thriller , i rate Viliora very very highly , he's got great momentum , and looks like he's really putting it all together now , Marquez is Marquez and will not be a push over , stylistically they make for one hell of a clash , can't wait !!

Strange. It's going to be a good fight and the winner can be made into a star. Plus Roman Gonzalez is one of the best young fighters in the sport, and is one of the hardest punchers P4P.

HBO / Showtime ****ed up if they don't put this one on TV.

This is me assuming here , its not listed on Showtimes website and if HBO had it we'd know by now

With it being in LA , i imagine Showtime will be showing it , but like i say its not listed yet :huh

Does a win, especially a dominant one, over Marquez mean that Viloria should be in evreyone's top 10 P4P list? Most peoples bottom half of the list could easily be dropped out in my opinion. Would be on a lovely streak if he won this one too.

Just browsing over Zanfer's website now and it says TV rights have yet to be signed

Given what we know about this company , and the fact they've opted for LA , home depot center , id be very surprised if they hadn't had a heads up / verbal agreement with ShowTime i really would , plus , they obviously fancy this a feature main event or one thinks Di Bella and TR would have snapped this up as an undercard attraction and co promoted with Zanfer (Martinez Chavez Jr)

    Watch this space i think

Viloria has a very strong case for being in the top 10 p4p after the destruction of Giovanni Segura. A win over Hernan would solidfy him there IMO.

I have Viloria at around 10 right now. 3 outstanding performances against Miranda, Segura, and Nino definitely put him up there, especially how you could pretty much make a case for him being the underdog in the Miranda and Segura fights.

How much stock do you put in the Nino win, how much did he have left?
