    Prime Vince Philips was a helluva fighter, he would manage to put Pryor down and buzz him a few times. But, Pryor was just something else. His speed, power, combinations, and angles would be too much for Cool Vince in the end. It'd be a HELLUVA fight though. One of the best fights you'd ever see at 140. Pryor TKO 10.

    pryor wins this one no doubt he was just one hell of a fighter he would power him out late rounds
