Vincent Saldivar vs Salvador Sanchez

    Who wins and why?Sanchez the better boxer but Saldivar the stronger of the two.Funny how nobody ever mentions Saldivar.

    Sorry to say I've never seen Saldivar.

    I will say this........I've read he was a strong, come-forward type of slugger. Guys like that stood almost no chance against Sanchez.

    Saldivar was agressive, but he was by no means a one dimensional brawler. He could box and had very good skills. However, not as good as Sanchez's.

    Saldivar would hang in all the way, but probably lose a close decision which really, looked inevitable from the early rounds.

    saldivar had excellent skills, thogh probably a little too methodical and offensively minded for Sanchez.

    His great rival Winstone would have a beter chance against Sanchez with his jab and finesse.

    Salidvar has one of the best resumes among the featherweights, he's very underrated IMO. Famechon, legra, winstone x3, ramos and laguna, thats a fabulous resume alot better than salvador sanchez's.
