like always, gives the fans a great fight. fights with heart and determination and leaves it in the ring. cano has great heart for trying to go on with them vitali type of cuts. major props to the kid. great way for morales to hopefully hang his boxing career on. just stop erik. go off in the sunset on this victory.
Honestly, I want to see Morales fight Maidana again... Morales almost beat Maidana with one eye... I really feel that in a rematch Morales could win, then retire... an even bigger legend.
yeah he did give maidana one hell of a battle. that fight i would not mind seeing again. win lose or draw, if they could make that happen. perfect way to end it. fighting a young tough guy who he showed hes not quite done yet. with one eye like u said.
morales is my second fav all time fighter next to barrera but i really scored him winning the maidana bout by 1 round. i was so happy to see erik win last night but he has reallly lost it i just dont want another roy jones situation with my fav fighter it would break my heart
Great win for old Erik. Love Morales. People need to quit defining his career by the weight division championships, since this most recent one is as shitty as shitty paper titles get and truly undeserved.
