    Romanov has good defence and can take a punch. He'd only have to tag Khan well once or twice.

    No; I'm sticking with Romanov in this one. He packs quite a punch.

    Romanov is a ledge.... Max are you saying that Steve Murray, Bobby Vanzie and Jon Thaxton all made him look better then he is? :scaredas:

    Absolutely, part of the reason this match has been made is just to tick a box - Khan in with opponent who has decent KO record.

    The fact Gomez is a super featherweight, been relatively inactive in recent years, lacking form, shopworn, etc also meets their other requirements!

    Doubt we will see Khan in a really meaningful fight unless a World Title is on the table and even then it seems they will go for the easiest route available.
