Stegsie - can I ask a question mate (no offence intended). Are you affilliated with VIP? If so, why the high ticket prices? This is not just VIP but most promotion companies. I try to go to as many local shows (Liverpool area) as possible but it's made increasingly difficult by premium prices for not so premium shows. For example, I'll be going to the Magee fight on 4 July (not your card I know) but prices are £35. That's too expensive. For that price, I'll go as will major fight fans. But I cant help but feel there is an underbelly of casual sports fans that would attend such events if they were priced at half the price. Instead the stadiums are half empty. Surely in the long term interests of the sport (and the boxers on the cards) getting bums on seats should be priority? I ask because I'm genuinely interested in how the price is arrived at, not just because I want to have a moan. Nice one
