Virchis is exactly the type of fighter that Wlad needs to avoid, he has a devastating punch and is quite durable,I bet he could go 12 rds with Wlad, but can Wlad avoid getting hit for 12 rds? That would be an exciting bout.

 

I guess thats your way of telling me you dont know any great fighters that didnt use dirty tactics to help to win them fights.:yep

 

Virchis really can punch, but thats all..he dont have speed or skills to be real threat to wlad. Virchis chin or defence are not that good to eliminate wlads skills or power. Wlad KO

 

I would pick Wladimir by UD or late TKO over Virchis.

 

I know plenty, but Sam isn't great.

 

I put this type of post up a couple times already, but just for you I will post it again. These are there signature illegal moves-

Lewis- leaned on fighters back in neck frequently
Tyson- Hits fighters with his forearm and elbow
Wlad- Leaned on fighters back and neck frequently
Holyfield- Head butts

These are just a few recent great fighters that used illegal tactics to win matches, everyone one of these fighters use the moves I descibed in almost everyone of there matches.

Taras Bidenko has a pulse... Im not sure if Vidoz had a pulse then.... Clouser had a pulse for a day after knocking out Monte but that was recently....

He already fought Chagaev to a MD or SD... I've still yet to see that fight but from what I heard it was cautious fight... but if he steps in there with cokemez, we shall see what he's made of... However, his power is legit...

 

Virchis vs Peter would be a good fight, I think a slugfest or a hugfest but the fact that he KO'd Hawkins and Bidenko and Vidoz in there 1st fight shows he has power,I think the Maskaev/Peter winner would be the way to go

 

And I will say once again, Peter isn't great, neither is Tyson or Wlad. Wlad can become great, but he isn't there yet. Peter, however, most certainly isn't great.

Hawkins rushed forward andtried a left hook running into a jab that was only half extended and got KOd.
Very awkward. But legitimate.

 

Typical Virchis KO. His KO shots look deceiving, like they are nothing special and shouldn't cause the damage they do, like the right hook/uppercut he took out Vidoz with.
