    That was actually a very high quality fight and I'll agree that Tapia was excellent that night.

    But Romero had some very good patches during that fight as well and as good as Tapia was I reckon Romero made him lift to those heights.

    Personally I'd class that as a very good/great display by Tapia more so than a virtuoso master work but I can definately see were you're coming from.

    Did Rosario win a minute of a single round in this fight?

    I doubt it.

    And even though he was a bit past his best I'd bracket Chavez-Camacho right up there with Chavez's best work.

    hopkins-trinidad. i actually watched this fight last night along with tapia-romero. good fights. hopkins was brilliant that night and i feel it was one of the great performances in the history of the sport.

    Toney-Barkley. A fight that's still used to this very day as an example on by the book counterpunching.
    Toney-Charles Williams was a masterful performance too, though not as flawless as Toney-Barkley. This fight was never close as some claim, Toney was in control, doing his thing all the way and closed the show when he had the opportunity to.
