    I'm pretty sure they tried to sue manny pacquiao before.... it will be interesting to see if they can make any progress with this claim

    who knows tho..... bob arum probably got friends in high places and will make this **** go away....

    the problem with this whole thing is that.... us the fans need to stand together and call arum out on his bull**** but the pacquiao fans won't do anything to upset pacquiaos situation....even if seperating from arum would make his situation better

    Desperation case. THEY will lose based on similar cases.
    PAC was in a contract with those parties whatever was done with Pac is null and void.

    The person I am most concerned about now is Al Haymon.

    His fighter Berto tests positive for steroids (supposedly), another one of his guys just got exposed as a fraud (Seth Mitchell) and know it's looking like there could be an outbreak of steroid usage amongst USA-based fighters (Berto lives in Florida, Peterson is from Washington DC, and Seth Mitchell is American).

    You wonder if the eye of suspicion will now be turned to Haymon's crown jewel, Floyd Mayweather, Jr.

    Not the best time for USA boxing at this moment. And I think almost all of Haymon's fighters are from the USA or live and train in the USA.

    I'm concerned about Manny the most. He ducked the biggest fight of the century, and the biggest money fight, and at the time A 50/50 SPLIT, because of some simple drug tests. The guy is a fraud. He is scared of the needles that take his blood, in order to test for drugs, not AIDS.
