Haye is getting desperate to make the fight with Vitali. The Klitschkos would no doubt be more responsive if Haye showed respect instead.

Vitalis record could do with David Hayes name on it.

Haye should fight though, stop crying out for a title shot and earn it ffs.

losing a decision to Wladamir as champion and then knocking Chisora spark out is more than enough to "earn" a shot in this day and age

Hayes starting to feel braver, now Vitali is showing his age.

He's managed to put the 2 years of complete bull**** he talked to get a Klit fight, the sore hand excuse, the sore back excuse, and after actually getting into the ring with Wlad, he forgot to throw punches, and that he got beaten, every moment of every round, that he kept jumping on the ground, and blamed his toe, of all things, for his pathetic performance that night. He was scared to fight, and I dont see him being any less scared if he lands this fight.

    IMO Haye should stay retired.

If you understood styles you would have never thought it would be a shootout as it was predicted.

Lol wtf are you on about? Was never engaging in a fight, throwing **** all punches and diving on the canvas numerous times, before finally blaming his awful performance on his toe, a new style that ive never heard of?

    Seriously?

You really think those fighters have achieved more on paper than David Haye?

He was undisputed cruiserweight champion, then moved up to heavyweight to win a portion of the heavyweight title.

And you're telling me Ross Purity has achieved more than that?
Danny Williams did better than that?

    Sorry. No.

    Please explain.

Hayes bordering on pathetic, and I actually quite like him as a fighter.
A few years ago, when Vitali was definitely the man in the division, it was Wladimir he chased for a fight.
Now Vitali is half focused on politics and showing definite signs of being significantly past his best, its all Vitalis a coward blah blah ****ing blah.
If it was injury that made you lose to Wlad, earn a ****ing rematch, and prove it. Dont contunue to make noise looking for the easiest option available.
I personally think this is why UFC is becoming better in a sporting sense, that the sport of boxing which I love.
1 champ per division, you dont manouvre your way to the top, you earn it, and you fight who you should.
Not avoid anyone with a pulse, then fight the weakest of the 23 champions in the division.

Vitali is defo past his past, imo his best was 98-99, he sustained a career ending shoulder injury in 00 which he laboured with until 04. The 08 comeback has been mostly very good, except the dull Kingpin fight and the under par Chisora fight where he again sustained a shoulder tear.

Vitali won't get any credit for beating Haye. If he wins easily then Haye was a glass jawed cruiser with a big mouth, if he labours to a points win then he's just past it and will get no credit, if Haye manages a shock stoppage then the Haye dick riders will claim he is the greatest of course.
