Respect goes out the window when that bell rings.

Pick yourself up by the boot straps and get over it.

Vitali is getting on but I'd still take him to destroy Joshua on the cobbles.

Jesus Christ what is your obsession with Wilder?

Wilder doesn't pretend to be a humble lamb, his persona is totally different to AJ. FWIW, Wilder never fought an old past prime legend and then danced in their face.

I found Fury's taunting and singing after his victory against Wlad, distasteful, so if you think I'm picking on Joshua, rest assured I would be saying the same for any fighter who disrespects a legendary fighter.

    Baby boomer detected.

Do you offer a firm handshake afterwards while looking him in the eyes?

If you have no class then yes respect does indeed goes out oft he window.

Many other fighters have managed to refrain from disrespecting legends.

Watch Lucas Browne vs James Toney to show an example on how to conduct yourself in a fight against a legend.

I’m pointing out that your favourite fighter does the same thing when it comes to a fight. And you’re just not getting it , you win a fight and you should be able to celebrate. I don’t see anything wrong with smiling after beating a legend in your 19th fight.

Joshua was plenty respectful to Wlad leading up to and after the fight. Thats all that matters.

Joshua would destroy everybody Vitali ever beat , including Chris Byrd who made Vitali quit on his stool.

40 year old Briggs who stood in one spot for the entire fight wouldn't last 2 rounds with Joshua , never mind 12 .. :risas3:

It wasn't just the smiling, it was the disrespect shown throughout the fight, such as sticking his tongue out and speaking to Wladimir like he was a bum.

Vitali had every right to be pissed off and then some. He should have battered AJ on the spot.

You must think most fighters are disrespectful then. Answer me this, is your mate Wilder disrespectful when he dances round the ring while his opponent is on the floor?

Wilder never pretends to be humble and never fought and disrespected a legend.

    We've gone over this already.

May I remind you that this thread is about t occurred in the fight between Joshua and Klitschko and how Vitali wished to rip AJ's head off. - a seasoned former professional boxer and Mayor - who also happened to pick up on the disrespect

And I’m saying that Vitali is talking rubbish because he knows his awful advice cost his brother the fight so he’s obviously gonna be bitter about it.

Someone said Vitali is 50. If this is true, I still think he could come out of retirement and beat the living **** out of musclehead Joshua and Wilder.
