-I think he's been lazy overall but was dedicated for this fight. Eh, I know he's suppose to 20+ or more lbs overweight but I personally don't see it. He's not cut, but I don't see a Kirk Johnson like whale either.

_I don't know, I knew there was no realistic way he could get down to 230 healthy. I figured 250 would his limit, so I guess I'm surprised he came in less than that. I wasn't expecting it.

There's a pretty long list of heavyweight champions who accomplished little as pros before winning the belt.

Solis could have done worse, it's a shame that this is probably the best condition he's been in in years. Better than the Arreolas and Sam Peters plodding around at least

And you think solis can knockout a much better boxer then austin?
which kind of medicin do you use? probably its a little bit to heavy for you.

i say vitaly klitschko wins a tko victory in round 9 or 10

I have no problem with him dropping 14lbs over the last 3 months, that is good healthy weight loss.

I remember years ago I quit training and started drinking, after about a year I was 45lbs fatter, slower and weaker. And guess what I got into my first street fight in years ( I did not start it)...what a *****. To this day it pisses me off, but I did not lose any money and did not lose a chance to be the heavyweight champion of the world so I guess it's no big deal.

As a pro these guys never know when that day will come when they have the chance to fight for the greatest title in the world. So being in shape year round is critical. It is just sad as a fan to see them do far too little, far too late.

What an example of two dedicated athletes at their physical peaks.

They both look like flabby slobs. The only difference is that Vitali is naturally lanky so Solis looks awful by comparison.

I predicted 247lb, and that's pretty much the case. Good weight for someone like Solis in my opinion. Good balance of stamina, and strength. Which are the 2 things, that he's really going to need coming into this fight...

:lol:If think Vitali is "flabby" you need your eyes checked.

Unless a fighter comes in looking like some roided up freak now some of these people think he's out of shape.

I can guarantee you Vitali is in excellent condition.

Solis was never going to look great for this fight when he was 260+ for his last one.
