I just want to see a good fight. That is all.

When both guys have trained to give it their best, we are more likely to see a good scrap. In this case, it seems that Briggs has not prepared himself any better for Vitali than he did for his string of bums.

I wonder what Briggs weighed in at when he got dominated by the MUCH smaller Ibragimov. *goes to find out*

He was 11lbs heavier, at 273.

However, seeing that Briggs is only 1lb lighter than he was recently against Rafael Pedro, and 4lbs heavier than he was against
    Dominique Alexander....makes you wonder.

Briggs most recent fight he was 266....so he only lost 4lbs.

Klitschko is a smarter fighter than when he fought Lewis. He is gonna box Shannon and stop him mid to late rounds. Shannon gonna have to be aggressive to beat him

Yeah, I think that he bought into the hype that Wlad was a timid guy. Briggs didn't know how to act when Wlad didn't follow suit. You can tell that he felt a little lost when he turned around after that.

Apparently he was 268 and not 258 for that one recent fight, I saw the weigh0in video for that oen and they definitely said 268.

The thing is, Vitali has a very high workrate for a heavyweight. Briggs ain't going to be standing there too long after he gasses. That's because Vitali ain't going to be standing there looking at a stationary Briggs while he's huffing and puffing. :bbb

This shaping up to be the kind of fight that Vitali loves -- dishing out a sustained beating to his opponent. Vitali's movement will set the tone early. Briggs will have a hard time dealing with just that alone, early on.

Stamina and conditioning are going to be critical factors in this fight. Briggs needed to be lighter than 262.
