Atlas says that too about Adamek. Mental toughness is huge. It is the most essential component during a time of crisis in the ring. Adamek has had these situations in many of his fights and he knows how to behave in such situations. I believe the jury is still out on whether Vitali can consistently weather these storms.......only because he´s had so few and the results were iffy.

 

His brother believes he would fight at HW in modern times. Who knows. I don't get why you even thought to bring him up... Adamek is a former LHW and blown up Cruiser (Let's be honest, he built himself all the way up to HW). It's not like he's got a better claim at HW legitimacy because he bulked up to HW partly due to such a despairing division.

 

Adamek has great spirit, you can't deny that.
