Douglas and Tarver stepped up and actually beat their opponents when their time came, Vitali did not.

Vitali has ducked too many great fighters. Chris Byrd, Eddie Chambers, Ruslan Chagaev, Lamon Brewster. The one time he was really challenged, he quit on his stool because he was too frustrated by the slick Chris Byrd. He never offered Byrd a rematch.

I don't believe all this Klitschko hype. They split the opposition depending on whose style favors whom. So the clever defensive fighters all go to Wlad (Byrd, Chambers, Chagaev), and the fat offensive ones go to Vitali (Arreola, Solis, Peter).

I wouldn't describe the aguilera fight as tarver's time coming. He hasn't even had a time at hw.

You fail with your list. Deal with it.

You are black and subjective. Vitali has the best KO percentage of all. His brother isn't far behind. Give these white kretins their due, you sound ******ed.

i think he is a somewhere between 15-20 as an all time hw... Even though Wladimir is the more skillful fighter and harder puncher, ive always favored Vitali more in fantasy matchups.. Hes physically stronger and has a very tough chin.. Imo thats why you never know if Wlad is gonna get caught when facing a big puncher.. At least with Vitali you know hes gonna take whatever the opponents got, unlie Vitali hes never been ktfod twice or even realy hurt.. If Vitali didnt take that lay off and made some title defenses hed be somewhere between 10-15..

Vitali has never been pleasing to watch for me to consider him an all time great.. But he is doing something right and knows how to use his strengths... In A HTH matchup hed beat most hws of the past.. IF he retired i say hes probably done enough to get in the IBHOF but wouldnt lable him an atg.. TO bad his brother is the only one out there that could change that.

I agree without the layoff, and assuming he took the byrd fight when he was ibf champ vitali would easily have had the time and opposition to cement a legacy. He could genuinely say he became the next heavyweight champ after lewis. Instead he got injured and the mantle passed onto his brother.

The sad truth is vitali will be remembered as a transitional champ between the era's of lewis and wlad. Unless, ofcourse, he beats adamek, haye and povetkin in which case he'd be seen as like a joint champ

Still waiting to see a Top 200 HW list without Vitali. It is quite a challenge and will make for a good laugh.

Well yes- but there are many factors to an ATG. Douglas beat Tyson, which is light years ahead of any of Vitaly's wins, but he lost to inferior fighters, and was ambarrased by Holy.

I would rank Vitklit ahead of Buster.

  14. Why is it that when ever you mention a heavyweight boxer to a white boy they find some way to pull Rocky " The Bum" Marciano out of their racist butts? They guy wasnt a heavyweight and he never faced heavyweights. Vitali is a joke but he would of crushed the 180 pound joke in 1 round.

My pen ran out of ink, I have to order a new one.

Your boy has done nothing of note. Outside of getting blasted by Lennox Lewis and surrendering to Chris Byrd, what has he done?
