Yes if you train like a body builder Weights will make you sluggish. However weight training wcan be beneficial. Many HW Boxers weight train. Wlad trains weights, tyson trained with weights, Haye trains with weights. do any of these have 'sluggish' hand speed? No.

like I said 'weight training slows you down in boxing' is a myth. It totally depends on the type, quanity and quality of the training. Weight training can actually improve explosiveness and speed.

 

Vitali actually looking rather intense and "mean", normally he looks kind of apathic during a training camp.
Wonder how firedup he is for this.

I think Emanuel Steward looks a little like Floyd Patterson.

 

Steward looks great and he is in great shape for his age. Looks fit and strong.

I like the official press training with Wlad and Steward, it is amazing how good and fast Steward moves and how he loves boxing.

 

Yes. Steward is 67, but I meant a facial resemblance.

 

This is absolutely right! Also Vitali gave Wlad the Haye fight for a big win and we know Vitali wanted Haye so badly.

Jisi is in love with Wlad and would even refuse to shake Vitali's hand if she met both together.

 

Both of the brothers are so amazing, the greatest ever, but Vitali - he doesn't even bother to hold his hands up when he fights!

 

Wladimir took the Haye fight, Vitali does not give Wlad this fight. That´s a difference. Wlad deserves this fight, he fights his way back to the top only with the help from Emanuel Steward.

I would not refuse to shake Vitali´s hand but i never would shake the hand from Sdunek.
