    Make no mistake Vitali is the better fighter and the only reason Vova is considered #1 is because Vitali loves his younger brother and has graciously taken a backseat to allow him that position. Vova did a great job in the 4 year absence of Vitali but Vitali could have gone after different opponents since his comeback that would have been higher rated wins but left them for his brother while taking low reward higher risk fights like Gomez, Solis, Briggs, Arreola.

    What? No, weights won't slow you down. Shadow boxing with light weights help build your muscle endurance.

    You're thinking of lifting Heavy weights and low reps bodybuilding style which will slow you down as you damage the muscles constantly to build new muscle material.

    In general, 'Lifting weights slows you down' is a myth in boxing. Lifting weights correctly (high reps low weight) can help build strength.

    In Finland my friends place was -42 degrees. Everything is starting to freeze.

    I read from newspaper in England people are having huge fun on sliding hill on snow. :lol:
