No I feel the circumstances are different, again im not saying vitali is innocent but I feel its pointless to hold it against him 16 years later while he never failed a test as a pro, not saying he did a good thing or anything back then.
For example had he won a gold medal and then got caught I would have given him 0 credit for his accomplishment, but I dont feel you can discredit his pro accomplishments based on that failed test so many years ago.
about holy, wasnt he caught ordering steroids to his home adress with the name evan fields.
Í believe almost all boxers were roiding in the 90's to be honest but since they were not caught I would not discredit them based on assumptions similair to guys like pac and bhop nowadays.

Vitali Klitschko, who defends his World Boxing Council heavyweight title against Britain's Danny Williams in Las Vegas on Dec 11, has admitted to having used steroids earlier in his career.

He tested positive for a banned substance in 1996 when still an amateur and was instantly thrown off the Ukrainian boxing team for the Atlanta Olympics.

Klitschko had planned to box at super-heavyweight while his younger brother, Wladimir, was entered to compete at the 201lb heavyweight limit.

Wladimir, who was struggling to make his weight, took over the super-heavyweight slot and went on to win the gold medal.

"Their dream was to go to the Olympics and win gold medals together," said Vitali Klitschko's spokesman, Bernd Boente.

The drugs admission is made in Vitali's autobiography, which has just been released and so far is available only in German. In it, Klitschko reveals that he turned to steroids after aggravating an old leg injury he had sustained in a kick-boxing tournament.

The Klitschko brothers are unique phenomenons. They are the greatest heavyweights of all time and they dominate their sport as no one has dominated a sport since Babe Ruth ruled baseball in the 1910's and 20's and 30's, in many years hitting more home runs than any other, or most other, entire major league teams. But instead of apreciating these phenomenons you see many, if not most, of the nitwits on these stupid boxing forums trying to disparage them every chance they get.

How do two people 'dominate' a sport with multiple divisions? Divisions where everyone else is fighting solo?

If Vitali were british he'd be the next coming of Christ. Probably in 3-6 months there gonna rally behind Khan again, and talk about how he's going to beat Mayweather LOL. Wlad beat a timid version of Haye, and people think Vitali is afraid of haye LOL.
Vitali is a pretty exciting HW imo, and by no means is he robotic like Wlad. A ukrainian HW who fights like he's black and slick ;)

Right. They don't dominate the flyweight division. They dominate the heavyweight division.

How do two people dominate a division in an individual sport?
