If you're picking Haye to beat either Klitschko, your "skill" won't mean anything, and guaranteed after the fight is over you'll never come back here.

    Why not?

Even if Haye gets blasted out in the first round i don't give a **** about no communitys and what they think

Again, I don't understand your logic here. Unless it's not logic you are using, but dislike/agenda.

Lewis, even out of condition, was by far and away the best heavyweight in the division in 2003, that is beyond dispute.

And you agree that Klitschko was offered the chance to fight him at short notice...

...wouldn't a true cherrypicker have declined the opportunity? Wouldn't a true cherrypicker have avoided the best fighter and hardest hitter (you don't need to be at peak fitness to fight in the hw division, and you certainly don't need to be at peak fitness to throw bombs, and Lewis could throw BOMBS) in the division?

He would've had the ready-made and legitimate excuse of saying it wasn't enough notice to fight the best fighter in the division?

Then Lewis would've had to have filled the date with someone else, Klitschko could've lined up another fight, and they could've gone on co-existing in the same weight class as they had done for years, and Vitali could keep avoiding and keep cherrypicking.

Isn't that what an ATG cherrypicker would've done?????

Also, would a true cherrypicker have came back after a 4-year lay-off by going straight in against the no.2 fighter in the division with NO WARM-UP fight?! I thought that was remarkable as I said earlier, Klitschko took a big risk there, the opposite of a cherrypicker IMO.

Again, the ready-made and legitimate excuse was there for him to use: he was perfectly justified to fight a tomato-can to see if he still 'had it'. The safe approach, some would even call it the smart approach. But Klitschko took the fight and took the risk.

Also, if Vitali Klitschko is an ATG cherrypicker, then surely you must agree that MIKE TYSON is the POUND-FOR-POUND GREATEST CHERRYPICKER OF ALL-TIME????

He had a 4-year lay-off too, but rather than come back against the WBC champion and no.2 fighter in the division, Tyson came back against non-ranked Peter McNeeley.

Your argument is seriously flawed and lacking substance.

Well here's a public one to add to the private ones: Boxing Guru is one of the most idiotic imbeciles currently trolling this board. Don't waste your time or energy trying to educate/disprove him, as he is beyond help.

He's been laughed out of town on more than one occasion (even though he always goes down "fighting", ie. hurling abuse and lacking even the slightest dignity in defeat), and is about as intelligent as your common/garden **********.

    Ignore.

    What a surprise. :yep

Your mistake is that you have decided that I believe that Vitali "cherry-picked" Lennox, and are trying to shoehorn that erroneous assumption into my statements.

I never said that. In fact Vitali didn't pick Lennox at all, Lennox picked him.

I am simply pointing out that LOSING to an old and unconditioned Lewis not some amazing feat by Vitali. He was already training for the highest profile fight of his career.

And who was Vitali training to fight? I bet you cannot even name him without googling. So likewise Vitali was not preparing to face an ATG and took that fight on the same 2 weeks notice Lennox did. You complain that Vitali didnt fight lennox earlier? Show me any proof Vitali was offered a shot at Lennox, he wasnt.

based on what please enlighten us oh great "boxing guru"(as you say about yourself)!

    -knocking out enzo mac

-having 1 fight against an unknown mediocre heavyweight

    -being pawned by carl thompson

-gesticulating and pontificating about what he will do(not has)!

-he makes your heart go all a flutter

your logic and narcissism tells you this guy is the second coming for the reasons above and what exactly?because he looks like he models for GQ and talks more about himself than you? your clearly a mediawhore and a hypemonger who jumps at the chance of free ride on the latest bandwagon rather than using your own reasoning and thought processes nature provided most adults with to allow them a chance of maturity, yours its seems is still being plagued by autism.

You're a Froch and Hatton fan, you don't deserve an answer you simply are a fan because they are from your country.

Why are you a fan of Ricky? Do you like WWE?
