According to Boxing News, Vitali underwent an emergency surgery. He told RTL news today that although the doctor told him to calm down, he sais he will begin training in 2 days.

Odd, I know. I think Vitali is to humble to bull**** his way out. But some suspicion does begin to spark. Hopefully the fight will go on. I would love to see his fight added to the MSG Maskaev v Peter show.

Sorry, to bring you down. But that's not true. The german news releases have it differently. There he says that after the successful surgery he feels like he could start training tomorrow, but he also states that the doctor told him to calm down and forget about training for the next 6 weeks.
Must have been lost in translation...

Probably will be resceduled, hopefully within 2 months if not earlier. He claims that he feels no pain at all.

No no. Thats exactly how it went. The doctor told him to calm down for 6 weeks but he wants to start training tomorrow or in two days. But once again the doctor told him in that case to "take it easy brother."

This is his biggest problem probably and wy he is injury prone so much. He might be over training his body. Some boxers (fat-asses) undertrain and some boxers (Vitali) overtrain

Good report, man. Thanks for the add

What type of surgery can you have - where you're back to training in two days? Sounds like BS to me.

We'll see. But I doubt it, because he has photographers around all the time when he trains. So if he is in the gym within two days, pics will come out

 what is this bs all about:patsch
after ANY surgery you can't do physical activities for AT LEAST 10/14 days.
Vitali is a joke. Maybe he will start masturbating after 2 days yeah

Man, even if by some miracle they cleared him for that, I'd have to think training just 2 days after surgery would be taking a big chance on injuring yourself again...

I think Vitalis training is too intense. Other heavyweights are not training as intense today. They might be not in best shape but therefore they have a slighter injury risk and their prime is longer because their body is not burning out as fast.
