HE's still in better shape than many other heavies though. But I was hoping a better shape from him too, I'm kind of disappointed, he won't win this one for sure, stop saying he could. :hat

Vitali takes it easy on open workouts and he takes it easy on his Old trainer.

But everyone that has followed Vitali's career knows he lost some steps and is visibly older. he dont have the same speed and lost a lot of power.

But because of so many injuries Vitali cant train so much for power and xpplosiveness, he trains more for stamina and edurance for 12 rounds.
He trust his tactics, experience and skills.

For a 40 year old he doesnt look much slow on the heavybag, either way Vitali is more about timing.

Vitaly was lookin' sharp on those pads man, and fritz for his age
is as good as a trainer as there is. With that being said, klitschko
isn't showing any signs of aging that will give chisora a chance
that i'm seeing. He's just another snack for the beast that is
