Why didn't he, he could have come it at 25% on any of the FOUR occasions he didn't show up to.

Vitali has not problem fighting anyone, esp. Peter, your hero. You think that Peter is the fastest, most skilled boxer on the planet. You believe that Peter can never be knocked down or hurt. Yes, Peter is a legend in your own mind indeed.

You are full of sh*t. You need to learn another approach besides making sh*t up. Obviously you are unarmed in the wits department, but you don't get points by trying to compensate with imagination.

I am a fan of Sam Peter. For the record he is a crude, plodding, brute...however he has an enthusiasm, intensity, and willingness to learn that causes us to root for him anyways. That should straighten your dumb *ss out on how I feel about Peter.

That's the difference between a good poster and you pathetic KLIT-ites. I don't stake my reputation on a fighter that I'm a fan of's reputation. You have to pretend your heros are perfect because in your feeble mind it is a reflection of how you think you are viewed. Quit trying to live through your idols. Even if either KLIT were anywhere near as great as you think, neither of them would let your jellyfish, spineless *ss shine their shoes.

Even though that eye looked bad vs Lewis I imagine Vitali Quitscko just cant handle pain by any means. Hes done quit in training camp like 5 times in a couple year period. Once he hurt his arm in a fight with just a couple rounds to go agianst a tough but not very dangerous Chris Byrd when he was dominating him he just quits on his stool and gives away a win that really couldve put him in a title shot alot sooner then 2003.

    Do you learn dumbsh*t...???

No, I absolutely do not admire Don King. I don't scapegoat him either everytime I can pull his name out of a hat the way you do.

Put it this way...no unification, why...??? King, right...he's had plenty of chances to unify.

But you would like to see Vitklit beat Peter (let's just say he does), in which case there will be no unified champ, because the brothers refuse to fight.
Your dumb f*cking a*s will still be trying to find a way to blame Don King if that happens. You are too stupid for words.

McCline was scheduled to fight Vitlay. He trained, spent money paying for his training, and wasted alot of time to get into that position. If it weren't for Sam also being SOL, he'd have wasted alot of money.

Sam, as we are on that subject, took the McCline fight because financially they could no longer wait around for Maskaev. It had been some 10 months since he began training to get another fight and had been delayed again and again by the negotiations going on between Vitlay and Maskaev. Which if you knew anything about it, stated that should Vitlay become injured again, Sam would take his place. So both Maskaev and Sam were in training this whole time.

So it is very real. :good

    Not at all real.

Vitaly was scheduled for a tune-up fight with Jameel but suffered a back injury. Jameel got a better, more lucrative fight with Sam Peter two weeks after the scheduled date for the vtali fight. No time wasted by Jameel.

Sam also got his fight with Macline. His career didn't suffer.

Vitali had the right to press his case for a fight with Maskaev if he ever made a comeback, as per the terms of his earlier step-aside in favour with Rahman.

He was not responsible for maskaev losing time. (Oleg could manage the delays on his own)

So far, you've only made a case for Rahman, and I agree that Vitali cost Rahman a bit of time, but he didn't do that deliberately, and the result was Rahman getting the title handed to him on a platter. it was his own fault that he couldn't hang on to it.

Dude that's a ridiculous retort. No offense.

That's like saying because I avoided your car being in the wrong lane that everything is ok. It doesn't make you a shitty driver as long as everyone settles in the end.

    Vitali's action don't even need a defence.

There was , as the lawyers say, absence of malice. The man was the world champion, preparing in good faith to defend his title. He got injured and the bout got postponed, till eventually he retired rather than postpone it further.

Rahman then got the title. Which he promptly lost. End of story.

Your claim that McCline and Peter 'lost' time and money is equally spurious since they fought each other and hence lost nothing.

And besides, Vitali had no obligations to Peter or Maskaev.

it's like saying that Mayweather is depriving Cotto of $$$ because he won't fight him.

What some observers think OUGHT to happen carries little weight when it simply isn't possible, through no-one's deliberate fault.

    What's ridiculous is the analogy.

If I'm in the wrong lane, I am driving incompetently.

Training for a fight and getting injured is not a mark of incompetence, just the result of body that's taken a lot of punishment with 40 or so fights and twice that number of kick-boxing match-ups.

What's more than obvious from your posts here and on other threads is that you don't care much for the Klitschkos and that you're perhaps a fan of the Nigerian nightmare.

    Fair enough.

But you should avoid jumping on the detractors' bandwagon here.

Sam got his chance and was clearly outpointed by Wlad. There is little evidence he would do any better a second time.

Vitali has had poor luck with his aging and over-worked body. He fought Lennox with gusto and lost by way of a decisive stoppage. Then he hears that he might be afraid to face Rahman. Think about it!

A prime and healthy Vitali would take care of big Sam in two or three rounds.

If he's not up to the training camp, he will be granted no further consideration.

If he is up to it, but shot, Sam has an easy and prestigious victory coming his way, and good luck to him. He's a likeable guy, if not very skilled.

Either way, Vitali did not lose his title in the ring and stepped aside when health demanded. He's entitled, both legally and morally to attempt his comeback.

The analogy isn't ridiculous. In both cases you have someone who clearly has no respect for the rules of boxing (or the road). And your reasoning is that all is fine despite this lack of respect causing havoc.

Fights for that matter are also losing money when they are in peril. A McCine-Peter fight isn't a McCline-Klitschko fight. Regardless of what you say I'm sure McCline lost money on that one. Ditto for Sam being that he was not now fighting for the WBC title, but the WBC interim title. Against an opponent he had less than 2 weeks to prepare for. All marketing, promotions, etc go right out the window. Promoters then have to scramble to get some attention for what amounts to a new fight.

So yes, money and time is lost. For everyone involved.

Secondly you accuse me of adding to the bluster but then you seem to only cast Vitlay in a positive light whenever you get a chance to. I see a double standard here or a bit of hypocrisy at least. Waldo didn't do **** but survive against Sam Peter. So your reasoning as to how he'd do in a second fight is ****.

A prime healthy Vitlay doesn't take a guy like Sam out in three rounds on his best day. He does that to chinny fighters. Not someone who can climb off the canvas against a 6'6 270lb McCline to go on and win by points. Vitlay doesn't have that kind of power. He has wear down power. Which means dick against a guy like Sam who can take abuse.

Also if you think this is the end you are crazy. What is the most likely outcome here? A) Vitlay walks away for good after failing to finish training camp. Or B) Vitlay takes advantage of the situation to extend this contract out another 12 months citing various injuries the whole way? As far as I know the contract or right now the dialogue doesn't include a clause that states Vitlay forfeit his emeritius bullshitus status in the event of injury. And if it doesn't, you know damn well he'll be dragging this out like it's 2005 all over again.

The analogy only makes sense if you are allowed to add to and extend the 'rules of boxing' in a subjective and arbitrary fashion. Which rules of boxing has Vitali ignored, and try to be specific.

As I mentioned before, Vitali never had any obligations to Sam Peter at any time, other than hypothetical that appear in your head.

I'm a fan of both Klitsckos, but not a hater of their opponents. I'm ok with Sam. As I've said, I find him to be a likeable sort of dude. There is no-one in boxing i can think of that I would say i hate. I have about 12 to twenty favourite current fighters but the rest are all just fine. And I believe I'm fairly realistic about those I favour. Unlike some Klit lunatics, I don't rank either one in the top 10 heavywt ATG list.
That doesn't constitute hypocrisy. I was refering to the way you have disparaged the Klitschkos in other threads. (Indeed not just them, but others whom you dislike get the personal putdown treatment as well.)

As for how the first Wlad fight went, we see it differently. I had it 9 rounds to 3 for Wlad, with Sam only looking good with questionable KDs. We can agree to differ on that, as neither of us will change the other's mind.

Again we have to differ. IMO, Prime Vitali destroyed better fighters than Peter in under two rounds.

Why don't we wait and SEE what the actual outcome is.

Kirk Johnson? Nope. Not in that condition. Kirk in reasonable shape lost to Ruiz remember.

    Who?
