He has great size and great chin, but not great punch, its good, but not great, he can take you out with one, but it usually takes more to get the guys he fight out of there.

 

granted he doesnt put full force on very many punches though..He just likes to continually "touch" you..His wizardry in the Sanders fight was so phenominal as he avoided ssanders' fast hands... his movement and defense are underrated

who cares if he is big? its the intelligence of vitali that has boded him well

Marciano did NOT wait until Wlacott, Charles, Moore and Louis were old to fight them..He was a contendor until '52 and wouldnt have been logical to fight any of them before then considering he was coming up still.

Vitaly has scored some sensational one punch kayos - the Herbie Hide fight comes to mind. Although I think Wlad's straight right is more devasting in terms of one punch knockout power. Lennox Lewis' straight right rates with the very best ever too.
