    What's wrong Brittards.

    Did he or not?

I guess Wladimir would be the first one to hold all major belts ever if he captures the WBC belt. GOAT stuff right there.

I hope it is true, it is time to hang up the gloves, Vitali has nothing to proof.

    No.

This would be the first time in boxing history if Wlad could get all the 4 belts.

Bowe had them all but not at the same time.

He wouldnt be first to hold all major belts.

WBO wasnt major belt before 2003.

Lewis did not hold the WBA world title, that changed hands between Ruiz, Jones, and maybe Valuev.

Lennox Lewis was universally recognised at the Undisputed HW champion of the world, despite not holding the weakest of the title belts.

True. Still, it's harder to unify 4 than 3. Right?

Yeah it is. Especially hard because major organizations like to strip their champions with random reasons just when they are about to unify

The WBO's credibility at heavyweight is very very new.

The main reason the WBO was so far behind the IBF in the prestige stakes, even though they both came out in the 80s is because they buggered up their heavyweight championship. While the IBF gave their belt to Larry Holmes giving them instant credibility the WBO went for Francesco Damiani...

The reason why Lennox or any undisputed champion didnt go for the WBO is because it was irrelevant.

Of course. Lewis had only one unification fight. He also never defended all 3 major belts.

Vitali just confirmed to German media that his injury isn't as bad and that he'll possibly fight before EURO 2012 (June 8th).

    Later than that at heavyweight.

Wladimir Klitschko is the first WBO heavyweight champ with a legitamate claim to the number 1 spot... (im talking about his second reign as WBO beltholder not the first one)

    Says it all.
