    Good stuff, i think it will do well on ppv, should give Haye a hell of alot more exposure as well being on Sky.

    John Murray and Tyson Fury have been appearing on their website as well. Don't tell me you think this is a sign that they will pick up the Henessy contract? ;)

    they're gonna need a lot of marketing muscle behind this for it to do good figures, sky although they have the resources do a **** poor job on these type of things (check the pathetic khan promos)

    its the blue ribbon division of the sport so that will help, but haye has a low profile in this country and i don't think he can carry a ppv, the fact that its for the heavyweight championship of the world won't be enough for it to capture the casuals and to generate big numbers

    i bet it doesn't do much more then Khan vs Barrera let alone hatton numbers

    I don't know S&C, the heavyweight title is a big deal to casual fans.

    So are knockouts and my mates who are not boxing fans know of Haye because he knocks people out and thats what boxing is all down to for the casual fan :lol:

    the heavyweight title doesn't carry as much weight these days, plus its not bruno/tyson in terms of the participants profiles

    hardly anyone knows haye where i am

    btw what happens to hayemaker? is this a one fight deal?

    I think Haye fighting and being promoted and Hayemaker promotions are 2 completely different things if you get my drift?

    Yep, you're right. The HWs are a hard sell at the moment but the words "Heavyweight Title" in a few half time adverts in Premiership games might work wonders.
