Sky get more viewers for football we all know that but imagine the amount of PPV money they would make out of Man Utd V Liverpool , Arsenal V Chelsea and then the games between the 4 teams it would be more than any sort of boxing PPV but why dont they put those games on PPV? If they had the balls to do that football fans would go mad and Sky would be bombarded with emails over it. Boxing fans are a soft touch for Sky. Wait untill 1 of these PPV fights bombs like before SKY will loose interest in boxing again. Khan is a lost away from dropping PPV status to boxing fans. It will end up being a big fight from US with Khan a makeweight on a card in the UK if he looses next week it might be the final nail in the coffin of Khan and HIS SKY BOX OFFICE deal.

Any idea of it is a deal just for this fight, whether its for a certain number of Haye fights, or whether it includes the whole Hayemaker stable?

Good point Finchy, Haye and Hayemaker really need to get their stable on a contract and I can't believe that they would not have at had the promotional side as part of the negotiations even if it meant less money up front for the Vitali fight.

If Haye had earnt his shot and I felt he had a chance then I'd have considered it. As that's not the case I'll be happy to listen on the radio.

Do you feel that Haye's promtional stunts would have done the sport any favours with advertisers? Or tv channels like the BBC? Seems like the actions of "a moron" to me.

Was PremPlus on for six seasons?
I thought it was much less. It failed anyway and if you got a season ticket you only ended up paying like a quid a game but if you bought games individually you had to pay £6 a game or summat,

The games they showed on Premplus were not the games between the so called top 4 teams when they played one another.
Just imagine what they could get for Man U v Arsenal , Liverpool , Chelsea then Liverpool V Chelsea , Arsenal , Man U , Chelsea V Arsenal , Liverpool , Man U and Arsenal V Liverpool , Chelsea and Man U thats a total of 24 games a season charge them for those games alone and they would be quids in.
Add on top of that the rights for the boxing are a lot cheaper than the rights for the football so why the **** are the boxing fans always the people to fork out extra cash?
