WHy didnt Vitali accept Hayes challenge at the Press conference.....BEFORE THE BRAWL?

Chisora wasnt even on Hayes radar until Boente instigated the Brawl."Chisora showed heart, you showed your toe" Boente was ducking at the conference and ducking now.

That's not how boxing works, especially when you are the champion, and have the say-so.

Haye has to accept the fight on Vitali's terms, since Haye llost in humiliating, and one-sided fashion to Wladimir. He doesn't have the negotiating power like he did going into the Wladimir fight.

I'm not taking any side, because we have no idea what type of negotiations did, or did not take place. I will say that if Haye simply refused the fight because he didn't like the terms, then he does somewhat hvae himself to blame, because he's just another challenger now.

That would be like Khan, or somebody like that calling out Mayweather at a press conference. It's ludicrous to believe that somebody like Haye has the ability to challenge, and dictate terms for Vitali to fight.

Even if an offer was presented, you can't really blame Haye for taking Chisora first. He gets a s**t load of money to fight someone he can look good against. I think he needed a warm up fight before Vitali to get his head right after the Wlad defeat and who better than someone who gave Vitali a tough night. Hope it comes off though, if ever David was going to beat one of the brothers, this is his best chance.

Not really... seeing as how Hayes whole argument was. You offered me the fight, i accepted the terms, why have you now changed your mind?! He didn't go in the room challenging Vitali to a fight in the way you put it, he was asking why after they had agreed everything and all that was left was to sign contracts, have they now performed a u-turn.

Boente then says. You don't deserve a fight, **** off, not happening. Then fwank suggests Haye fight Chisora and the winner take on Vitali, to which Boente agrees. Now they are saying "we sent you a contract, you fought Chisora instead". Something doesn't add up and your comments are completely missing the point.

On a side note... what the **** is going on with the pencil knecked dude in your Avy?

Chisora was ruined by Vitali. Haye stopping Chisora is irrelevant.

That was back when Haye was ducking, but after the audley fight, he had nothing to lose. Thats why he fought Wladimir. Haye isnt in the same mind frame he was when he was ducking all those years ago, he feels he needs them to complete his legacy, and you know all of this btw. The Haye that ducked all those years, is different from the Haye NOW, who wants to retire, and has nothing to lose. Vitali is ducking, and tried to dictate who Haye fought for a tune up.

The situation is Vitali offered Haye to fight him in September but Haye wanted to fight Chisora because of what happened in Munich first and Vitali couldnt wait for the result of that fight in case the Haye was cut or injured and would have to push the date back therefore not leaving him much time for the Ukranian Elections in which he is participating (although whether he wins or not is doubtfull due to the tear gassing incident)

Vitali never agreed to fight winner of Haye-Chisora, that was fish eye franks suggestion.

Yea, but I think Booth said they tried to do all this dictating on who Haye would fight for a tune up. Boente is the guy doing all the dirt.

What is said in public during the heat of the moment doesn't really mean much.

What people have to realize is Vitali is in the driver's seat. haye is just another challenger.

If they had negotiated for a fight in September, on the condition that Haye not fight in July (for reasons like Boente mentioned, "what if Haye lost," or "what if Haye got injured"). It's stupid to sign a fight when there is still a fight pending. Vitali went ahead with another opponent. My question is this, "why would Haye, knowing he had Vitali guaranteed in September, go ahead with the Chisora fight in July? Why not just listen to Vitali's conditions, and accept the fight for September, telling Chisora and ****** to bugger off for a July fight?

Vitali is still not ruling out a fight with Haye in the future, even if he wins elections.
