Vitali in 2004.... A FRAUD

Rather than dismissing Koman600 as a troll, let's just give a boxing rebuttal to some of his nonsense.

When Vitali was scheduled to fight Rahman, he began his prep for the fight, but was hampered by what his doctor considered to be a pulled/strained hamstring muscle.
So the fight was delayed and rescheduled. Vitali took about 6 weeks off, let the hammy relax, and got back into training only for the nagging injury to resurface.

The fight was again....postponed. Of course Rahman took that **** to the bank, calling Vitali a ducker, a fraud, everything you could think of, and petitioned the WBC to strip their titlist.

Well, as anyone who does manual labor for a living knows, those nagging hammy pains are usually related to a back injury, which when the discs on your back compress they put pressure on a nerve that runs clear down to your toes, giving the most pain to your hamstring and your upper hip. It's called sciatica, and MOST laborers have this condition. How an exercise physiologist with a PHD fails to conclude this is beyond me, but 6-12 weeks with any reputable chiropractor woulda had Vitali in fighting shape and the retirement woulda been history.

It sux that Vitali's doctors were morons, but had they looked at this injury with a common sense approach, Vitali coulda added a prime Rahman, a decent Toney, and a prime Ruiz and perhaps a prime Valuev to his resume. He mighta even got to KTFO RJJ, who knows, but alas, the docs ****ed it up, and definitely screwed Vitali's legacy.
