Vitali is a compulsive liar

    Last week vitali talked to reporters. He said the following about Peters chances against him.

    "Samuel you have fought my younger brother and you got stopped. I will also stop you"...

    Hallo, the only one almost getting stopped in that fight was wlad who went down hard 3 times. sure he won on points but he didnt stop peter.

    Today I read the following quote from Vitali.

    "I will win my title again. 2 times I have fought for the title and I won them both....."

    Hallo,what about the fight with lennox? You know the fight where vitali was rescued by the doctor with his eye almost hanging out of its socket..And if you remember Lennox won by TKO:deal
    Or even worse what about your titlefight with powerhouse:lol: Chris Byrd who stopped you in 9 rounds.....

    Vitali has problems with his memory, or else has he suffered brain damage through his career. Either way, the man is lying through his teeths.....

    You're reading that wrong man. He meant he defended the title twice. He's way too smart to lie outright, what good would that do?

    Vitali has a hard time explaining himself because his english is not that good, Sam Peter makes simlar mistakes when he's speaking to reporters, it's not that there lying, it's just english isnt there first language.

    Vitali is probably one of the smartest guys to ever lace up boxing gloves. A liar? no. He is not speaking in his native tongue and things like this can be misinterpretted.

    Learn how to read. And Byrd did'nt really stop Vitali. DId Valuev stop Mccline? DOnt make it look like Byrd koed Vitali or punched him so hard that Vitali quit

    Vitali beat Herbie Hide for the WBO title and Corrie Sanders for the WBC title. That's probably what he's referring to.

    Hallo Vitali speaks broken English and it doesnt always come out right.



    He is going to KTFO of Peter this Saturday so what diffence does it make. If you feel confident enough then bet on Peter in the avatar bet thread or shut up.

    English is the national language of Nigeria. I think it's just that Peter's accent is really strong. I know other people from Nigeria, Jay Jay Okocha, for instance, had similar difficulties.

    Unless he's from some obscure tribe, anyway.

    Yes he did.

    Yes, but to a lesser extent. Byrd's defensive skill directly influenced Vitali's injury (Vitali has a pittiful connect % in that fight).

    McCline's injury was less directly influenced by Valuev, but if Valuev wasn't in the ring with him it wouldn't have happened.

    Well, Vitali tried to be a politician, so you shouldn't be surprised if he happens lie sometimes ;-)

    Still, I can understand what he really meant by Wlad "stopping" Peter.
