Vitali is a boss. As a kid he watched a Mike Tyson fight, he pointed to the green belt Tyson had and said to his friends one day that is going to be mine, they laughed. When Vitali won the belt, he went back to the Ukraine put the belt on a table and showed it to his friends.

 

Good on him. Not much else for him to really do out there. He fought the best the weak HW division had to offer. He did what he could, but with limited options you can only do so much.

 

Good riddance, the tag-team era of HW boxing is finally over.

it's good for Vitali that he knows when to hang up the gloves, he really has nothing more to prove, although I wanted him to make Haye his ***** in the ring, but that would of been something like a cherry on top of the cake, so it wasn't necessary, what he had to accomplish, he accomplished, end of story

Holmes gave up the WBC belt & avoided Greg Page to fight for the IBF, Bowe threw it in the trash can etc, etc
