Another crazy stat for the fight was that out the 1000 punches Vitali threw, 609 of them were jabs, a heavyweight fight record.
I don't agree with that myself...but speaking of the ring walks, I wish HBO would show them! When HBO shows a fight tape delay, they always go straight to the beginning of the first round, no ring walk, no fighter intros, no referee instructions in the middle of the ring. I always feel a bit cheated to miss those.
