No, he will paw a jab and drop the occasional right hand... as always...

Haye's done that **** ONCE, Wladamir does it every time he steps in the ring lately.. FACT.

Haye had 20 + fights at cruiser as well How many were televised in America again :thumbsup
He fought the first round on the same the bulshitt is the excuse, that was his plan from the opening bell on How many fighters hurt there hand and quit? No one i can think of.

So in other words him not even trying to live up to his words is ok with you he says wlad is the cure for insomnia,, **** look at the Valuev fight that was the worst championship fight in memory 11 ****in punches a round makes wlad iggy fight look like a barn burner..
Haye has stepped up to the big stage once at heavyweight and looked like utter **** no excuse you make for him will change that. The man talked a good game then layed a complete egg you cry that he isnt treated fair please the dude talks about bringing excitement to the division then proceeds to fight like a ***** running more then Dirrel did.

I'm so glad this fight has finally been made. Valuev is the perfect opponent for Vitali. Klitschko will walk right into the giant and chop him down with right hands. This would make for a perfect retirement fight ala Lewis' fight with Vitali. Go out on a great performance.

Good reminder. Still, it is nice to see the Klits fight guys there own size (which they have a couple of times). Hoffman and Thompson show that size IS important as hoffman gave vitaly one of his tougher fights and thompson had a couple of moments and gave wlad one of his tougher recent fights (certainly more of a challenge than sultan and chagaev) even though neither is the most skilled hw. having said that, vit should have a good chance of the KO and will beat valuev soundly

K2's Bernd Bonte sounds off regarding Valuev. He's on the record today saying "Our current offer is very high. We are unwilling to make further compromises as suggested by Don King. Either Valuev takes our $2.5m cash offer (without insisting on TV rights) or the fight is off and we'll look for a different opponent."

and that is where it stands right now. Just talked to Bernd Bonte last night, No real changes.

IMO it will come around. Its the best money Don King can get with Valuev at this point. I see the offer maybe going up a little more..... time will tell

I would rather watch Vitali fight Solis who stopped Haye in the amateurs. Chagaev beat Valouev and Vlad beat Chagaev, so Vlad is the real WBA champion anyway.

I'm glad that one is off, for Solis' sake. He needs to get in shape before he really steps up. The man has a shitload of talent but is right on track to waste it all by being 30lbs overweight.

It's ironic how Vitali took the Lewis fight on 1 week notice without ever haggling and asking for more money from Lewis' camp because Vitali was hungry for the belt.

And now Vitali he is being left standing in the rain by guys like Haye and Valuev who come with no belt and little fame but apparently also very little hunger for the green WBC belt. To me, all this speaks volumes not about the sad state HW division as so many would argue but about the respect the HW division has for Vitali. They will fight him only for the money, they don't even think about the chance of getting his belt because they know that chance of defeating him is very slim. So at least they want to be paid properly for getting their face smashed in.

Haye broke a signed contract with Vlad, refused to fight him.

Haye broke an implied contract with Vitali, refused to fight him.
