What would've been the outcome if the two K2 brothers had taken on one another both at their best?

I think viteli was probably the harder hitter with the Better chin of the two, then again wladamir was the one that fought dangerously into old age, maybe everyone would be knocking viteli out too if he stayed in it.

If they were forced to fight they'd likely try to carry each other to a boring decision though, but if they really went at it I'm going with viteli by t.k.o.

Vitali would win via TKO in the mid to late rounds

Wlad is faster and hits a little harder, but Vitali had the iron chin, and was quite a puncher too, similar in some ways to Fury, except much better.

Yeah I always leaned towards Vitali, but most think that Wlad is the better boxer

Vitali had the better chin, but everyone I've heard that was in with both said Wlad was the much much harder hitter.

Wlad probably was the bigger and cleaner puncher of the two but Vitali was considered tougher and more robust. I think he had the chin to avoid being knocked out by Wlad’s big punches but it’s doubtful that Wlad could withstand Vitali’s punches in the same way. A late TKO victory for Vitali is the most likely result. Still, Wlad has made a career of winning without being hit flush repeatedly using a combination of long range boxing and short range tactics of spoiling, grappling and holding so a Wlad points victory is not out of the question.

Don't know if this is true but the reason I heard that they didn't fight was that they promised their mom they wouldn't

    Been done.

Consensus (and my opinion) leans to Vitali being too tough and outlasting Wlad. Wlad is the better boxer and harder hitter but things like the amount of fight in the dog come into play here.

Best way to look at it ,is how they'd do if they weren't brothers. There'd be no emotional holding back then. In which Case I'd say vitali in a equal fight for much of it ,both men using their own attributes .But Vit eventually breaks wlad down and has him hurt ,to the point of the ref jumping in .I'll go Vitali Wrsc round 11 .

Their respective bests were separated by about 5-6 years in my opinion. Prior to his first retirement, I like Vitali. I like Wlad anytime from 2008-onward (although, I did think Vitali looked exceptional against Peter, but that was the only fight I thought so from when he returned).

they are brothers. I don't see it happening.. But if they were not brother and you put them in the ring together? Vitali would win. Overall he was better in everything..

Tyson Fury could hardly be described as a puncher.

That coming from a big fan of his

Would never have happened as brothers. But as two distinct unrelated fighters...
Vitali stops Wlad about round 7 to 9, in my opinion.
However, in an ATG list, I would probably have Wlad just one place higher.

Oh, I agree. I just meant to say that Vitali moves around the ring and can keep busy like Fury. Fury is not a puncher.

Universum who had them both said Vitali hit harder, but that was before some injuries.

I think Byrd said Vitlai hit harder ( if you believe him ) , and using Peter as a benchmark, Vitali rocked him easier.

I think Wlad hit harder with his hook.
