Iceman get away, Haye signed a contract in December, sent to Boente, they changed it again. this was all made clear in the Munich press conference. both sides are guilty of this fight not taking place but Boente is the main reason.

It is true Vitali is making more of this than Haye now, seems he doesnt like 'ducking' accusations..

I wish Haye would call out one of the top ten fighters. Haye vs Areola... Haye vs Pevetkin even. He keeps thinking he is entitled to front of the liune privledges everytime. Funny thing is the British fans think Haye is a big thing cause he knocked out a fighter who lost three in a row.

Yeah and the whole reason Haye turned up at the presser was to get a fight with Vitali. Boente said to him 'you are out, out, out' of the running and Haye said 'I agreed to your contract in December'. Then came the 'you fight Chisora and the winner gets Vitali' crap. Haye accepted the contract they sent in December, then they changed it so they could say Haye turned the fight down when he realised it was not what was initially agreed. At the presser Boente said the winner can fight Vitali. Now Vitali doesn't want to fight Haye. Vitali has actually been more vocal about what he wants to do to Haye than any other fighter. Why does he not want to now?

Haye is uninteresting as an opponent without UK PPV money. Too risky, too hungry for little financial reward.

Haye has to build momentum with promoting this matchup in teh UK and getting the Sky executives behind the fight, then I believe greedy Bönte will find it near impossible to resist that big pot of money.

Typical Vitali, acting brave after signing to fight Charr.

It reminds me of the Lewis fight when he was sat down like a lamb letting the doctor sort his face out, once it was safe & the fight was over he starts protesting about the stoppage. Pathetic.

**** people are going nuts over this. Could it be that they are just talking the fight up? Creating a storyline so they can cash in on it later?

No, cuz they have no intentions on fighting Haye. Its one thing to talk trash, but its another thing to talk your way out of a potential azzwhoopin, which appears to be what Vitali is doing.

 It's a little different when it's also the truth. Haye/Chisora was a battle of Klitschko leftovers.

+ The fact he KO'ed Vitali's former opponent in 5 Rounds does'nt make him look better either.

They DID offer a contract; Booth has said as much. Haye claimed he could fight Chisora in July and then Vitali in September - and Vitali declined (which is quite natural - you don't leave the champ hanging around).

What would you suggest he should have done? Attack the doctor tending to his injuries perhaps? Is that what counts as "manly" behaviour in your ******ed neck of the woods? I swear; I used to admire British culture (sporting and otherwise), but ever since the advent of the internet I've come to realise that Britain has the greatest percentage of ******s in the entire world. The fact that you are all right back talking Haye up to the same point he was before the Wladimir fight beggars belief. Half of this forum claimed he was "certain" to beat the younger Klitschko back then and look what happened.
