You're obtuse...it is obvious you can't compare fighters from the two eras...Frazier wouldn't even be able to compete at heavyweight in this era. Just pointing out the obvious. You sound like an idiot with that response.
Second best is his LOSS to Byrd. His best win is Peter which was his last fight. That tells a lot about him and the era of HWs he is fighting.
Let me go on record saying that Vitali, Wladimir & Lewis all beat Frazier like a red-headed, bed-wettin' stepchild.
Vitali's best wins were vs. Kirk Johnson, Corrie Sanders, Danny Williams, Herbie Hide, Ross Purrity, Larry Donald, Timo Hoffman & Sam Peter.
Joe Frazier was 5'11"...heaviest weight was 224 against big George Foreman. This fight is a pretty good indicator of would happen if the two ever fought a hypothetical match-up. It's an unfair fight...I wouldn't want to see it...i have great respect for Smokin' joe!!
What? This is the worst ERA aruably in HW HISTORY!! Your lucky I'm not in the mood to make a therad showing your Klitschko fan quote of the week to embarass you
Lewis maybe, that is arguably, the other 2....one is a glassed jawed borefest boxer KO'd by 2 journeyman and a contender and a guy who isa good fighter but that's it.
That's a horrible style match-up for Frazier. Of course Frazier ranks higher on the ATG lists based on his accomplishments during his era. However, that is an awful match-up for Frazier. Joe would be giving up 8-9 inches in height, 40-45 pounds in weight, and about 7 inches in reach. Take a look at Frazier vs Foreman and see why this is a horrible stylistic match-up for Joe. See how Foreman towers over Frazier and then realize that Foreman was about 4-5 inches shorter, and weighed over 30 pounds less than Vitali. Vitali fights much like the style that Foreman used against Frazier. Frazier for all of his greatness was for the most part a one armed bandit... which definitely doesn't help him when already giving up such a huge size advantage against a very skilled opponent.
