Correct.Clear KD Vitali had been staggered a couple of times before that, not to sure why it was ruled no KD:huh 'Sanders body, great for golf, not all that great for boxing'-Jim Lampley
Do you think it was not ruled a knockdown because the referee saw it was not a knockdown? Ever think of that? :roflatsch
John Shorle is a competent referee. I think I will take his word over some nuthugger on the internet. Thanks though. :rofl
Watch the 1st round again.Sanders straight left, the only punch he seems capable of throwing landed a few times and wobbled Vitali and he went down. I don't believe you just called somebody a nuthuggerpatsch I did say you misunderstood but that was an edit
Watch the fight again. Vitali was not down from a punch. It was a trip/slip that happened after the bell & it was ruled as such by the ref. Once again, there was no knockdown.
Clear 10-8 round for Sanders, **** knows what the referee was watching. This is what you get from the sack-swingers though - they'll still try to convince you that WALDO didn't lose due to punches against Brewster if you let them :nut
That left hand of Sanders' is epic.VITLAY should have seen them coming from the locker room but he still got tagged by them several times in the first. As for WALDO/Brewster was he not poisoned in that fight?Or was it vaseline?I'll ask jisi,he'll give me an unbiased overview of events
I've just watched it again on youtube to make sure I'm not mistaken. Definate, clear knockdown. Sanders wobbled the **** out of VITLAY with a big left, VITLAY ran backwards across the ring like Bambi on ice and Sanders followed up and knocked him over. Iron chin my ****ing arse As for the Brewster fight, yes Jisi is always a good man to approach for a clear, unbiased version of events that night. If not try Window, he's usually pretty objective when it comes to WALDO too.
I watched it too.I liked how it was only the first round that was posted-is that the one you saw?Obviously somebody wearing hater shades when they put that on Youtube.Sanders had wobbled him already earlier in that very round.BUT,VITLAY slipped at a time which coincided with Sanders throwing punches which were landing on the chin of VITLAY
Absolutely, his legs had gone to jelly, it was a clear knock-down. Bang goes another fan-boy "interesting VITLAY stat" :yep
