LL was not fat in the Vitali fight but it is clear that his stamina was not where it could/should have been.He was slightly heavy mind

There was only one quitter in the ring that night, and it wasn't Lewis :nono

VITLAY acted like an idiot after this fight but that's just VITLAY all over - he acted like a **** when Sanders shattered his little sisters china too. VITLAY has no class whatsoever, hence the constant calling a long since retired Lewis out every chance he gets.

Not to mention acting all tough with regards to David Haye and then running off to let little sister fight him first :gayfight

if you want to say Lennox came in at a career high weight that is OK he did but that does not make him 'fat'. Those are two different things.

The 'fat' thing is an excuse by the Lennox fans. It seems people here can't differentiate the two.

Lennox won, so its not an excuse. The guy was a career high weight and had rolls of fat, the likes of which I had never seen on Lennox before. Nothing you can say is going to make me not believe my own eyes. Also, weight is different to fat. You can exchange muscle for fat and still be exactly the same weight.

It is an excuse for his performance for some people. Where did I say he did not win the fight?

Just because a fighter comes into a fight at a career high that does not make them 'fat'.

James Toney is an example of a 'fat' fighter. His gut hangs over his trunks.

A good post ruined by the fact you think Vitali quit. I can't deal with the haters.

Where did I say Lennox did not win?

It is an excuse for his poor performance by SOME of his nuthuggers here. Just because he won it does not mean there can't be excuses. Many thought he was going to KO Vitali in 2 rounds or so.

Go look at the weigh in pics like I said. It is laughable that you are calling Lennox Lewis fat.

VITLAY got all pissy and tried to start a fight with Sanders in the ring, he acted like an utter ****, as usual. Probably upset at the thought of WALDOS jaw being wired up and having to go without head for a few weeks.

I think we are getting into a debate here about what is fat and what is not. Its a bit of a subjective grey area. One persons fat is another persons normal. James Toney is a rather extreme example.

VITLAY quit against Byrd is what I'm referring to. How you can suggest that Lewis would have quit on his stool is ludicrous - as I said there was only one known quitter in the ring that night and it wasn't Lewis. If anyone would have quit on their stool it would have been VITLAY, he has a history of it.

I don't need to look at some low-res weigh in pics. I've literally just watched the fight. When he stepped through the ropes, there were rolls of fat on the side of his torso, he wasn't James Toney fat, but he wasn't exactly in top shape either. You combine this with the fact that his stamina went after about three rounds and its a safe bet to say that Lennox was not, or in anywhere near, his best shape.

No you don't know the difference betwen a career high in weight and someone being 'fat'.

Just because Boxer X comes in at a career high it does not mean they are 'fat' by any means.

If Lennox was 5'10" that 7.25 pounds would be carried a hell of a lot different than a guy who is a legit 6'5" tall.

    This is basic stuff here.
