It still amazes me that ppl can't distinguish how physical attributes also help. The 6'7 giant could defeat anyone in HW history on any given night he's without question a top 5 H2H HW.

Vitalis own downfalls were injuries , I have him as number one BC of most of the reasons the OP had stated and only believe a handful could be realistically matched with him and favored over him or in a close fight.

I dare to name some of them BC it seems to cause panic on here when realism is used...lol

Well let's say he'd be a tough task for any HW boxer in history. Unbeatable? No. A below 100% version of Lennox won against him. With difficulty, but he bested Vitali that night.

The rematch was imperative to prove the first fight was a fluke.

Handing Byrd over to Wlad while he went and fought Timmo Hoffman instead proves he wasn't confidant he could beat Byrd given a second attempt.

A top 5 H2H HW wouldn't be unable to beat or rematch Chris Byrd.

Vitali's best wins are Sam Peter And Chris Arroela. Cruisers and Light heavys were able to beat those guys.

Athletes always improve...being athletic in boxing itself is always an advantage. That's why if you get a super heavy weight capable of being explosive it makes them that much harder to cope with in itself.

A well trained one? Do the math...its not hard to see who the number one guy is today at HW

Sanders declined a Wlad rematch and ditched his belt to fight Vitali.

The like system is a relativity new function on this forum. It was brought in with an upgrade that also doubled everybody's post count. So i have around 21,000 posts.

Thats not the issue anyway , since im telling facts not opinions.

Wlad also ducked the Sanders rematch. Avenging each others losses was indeed their 'thing'.

Vitali best wins are Sanders and Briggs. It really wouldn't matter resumes aren't fighting here the fighters are. Vitali stats and fights themselves show he would be problematic for any HW.

Nope. Sanders held that WBO belt for around 8 months because Wlad didn't trigger his rematch clause.
If he refused Wlad , why would Wlads promotional company award him a fight with big money fight Vitali. And why would he duck Wlad who he just beat but not duck the bigger , better brother.
. lol.. Think for a minute.

Sanders was too old , shot and inactive to be considered a good win. Same with Briggs. He didn't even have a ranking when he fought Vitali.

Fury can't be the number one HW he will be out of the ring 3 years soon. People claim hes lineal which is also false BC once you forfeit the belt/ belts you are no longer lineal BC one has to win a belt in a match to create a lineal line.

Briggs was a solid 260 plus no matter what he was ranked,at that time he was one of the best fighters available to fight.

Sanders proved only two things , you need to take opponents seriously and train for southpaws..Wlad did neither. The other was he wanted no part of Wlad in a rematch.

Thats not a good weight for Briggs. Briggs in his prime , during the 90's (not 2010) was 225lbs.

He had no ranking because he was a total non-factor and was nowhere near 'one of the best guys available to fight'

False. It was Wlad who wanted no part of the rematch , hence why he didn't engage his rematch clause and fought two no hopers instead.

If Wlad sought the rematch and Sanders refused , he would have been stripped for breach of contract. Wlad let Sanders run off with his belt cos he was too scared of getting creamed a second time.

I've seen just about every video in existence trust me...lol

Fury will be back too much money involved even if he is 300 pounds. I suspect he will be a fit 260?
