    :good fair enough

i think no matter how fair one is to a certain fighter, they will seem like they are against them when fans overrate the hell out of them.

btw, what did lewis say after he fought tua?

I agree with you here Punisher but Vitali does have some good wins. His win over Bean, Donald, Sanders, Johnson and Purrity are good underrated wins. Last I remember an older Donald clearly beat Valuev even though he was shot, the man has some good skills.

In terms of composition he doesn't have much to brag about because of his retirement. I'm with you here about him not adding Peter on his win record but still he's a legitimate threat for Peter and a MAJOR test. Let me put it this way, this is like a big test for Peter, if he can't beat a Vitali coming off a 4 year lay-off with serious injuries then he can't beat Wladimir in a rematch.

The only reason I am going with the 6th round is because peter can take a punch but by the 6th or 7th round his face is going to be pounded beef.

Vitali's right hand is much harder than Vlad's, ask Tony Tubbs who has sparring with them.

Vitali will knock Peter out, either early or mid rounds.

If he's going to do it, he'll do it late. I really don't expect Vitali to come roaring out of the gate swinging for the fences and an early KO.

Ahem. guys like Donald, Bean, Purrity, and Hoffman are VERY hard to stop. These types lower your KO percentage.

If you understand boxing, there are SEVERAL things that lead to a high KO%, Kurgan.

They are power, stamina to throw a lot of punches, and aggression. Vitlai has all three in the spades, which is why he can stop a man early, in the mid rounds or late. Being skilled, and being able to take a punch helps too.

Danny Williams said Tyson's power is slightly better, but Vitlai is more consistant with his power. Another Brit Juilus Francis who fought both Vitlai and Tyson said Vitlai hit harder.

If you look at Vitlai's record, in most cases he stopped his oppoent FASTER than the man before him. Impressive.

After the Tua fight Tua was interviewed and was very complimentary, said he'd lost to a great fighter and apologised to his fans for letting them down but said he'd done his best and the guy he faced was just too good for him. Lewis got interviewed and repeated the same **** he'd said before the fight, that Tua was just a big left hook and a bad haircut, gave him no credit whatsoever. Yeah Lewis out-classed him but I thought it was a ****s trick to rub it in when Tua had been so gracious in defeat. Same thing with the Rahman rematch, he acted like an ******* towards Rahman - who probably deserved it more than Tua did but it was still classless in my opinion.

He also acted pretty classlessy after the VITLAY fight but to be fair to him on that one not 10 feet away VITLAY was having his stuttering homo hissy fit and trying to attack Lewis with half his face hanging off saying "y-y-y-y-y-y-you d-d-d-d-d-didn't h-h-h-h-hurt m-m-m-m-me" :nut :nut :nut :nut :nut :nut

Vitali must be covered in ring rust. If he survives a Peter "Bull Rush" for the first few rnds he just might catch a over-confident Peter by rnd 6 or 7.
I'm not betting on this one to me it's a "Pick em" with slight advantage to Peter due to Vitali's inactivity in the ring.

I think it will be like an 8th round corner stoppage.

Well we're a week and a half from the training winding down, so you're probably wrong.
